VERY difficult to rip into pieces to use for training, my pup loves the taste but I end up giving her bigger chunks and its harder to grab in a training session

The liver treats snap in tiny pieces very easily - tearing would probably be difficult but try bending those should snap right apart. Also super great small cubes are the freeze dried beef hearts.
