My last shipment came with one roll packed vertically instead of horizontally in the box like all the other rolls. That one vertical roll was partially thawed at the top where it pushed up into the insulation, causing a gap. All the other rolls were still frozen. I fed the partially thawed roll first and my dogs had no issue with it. But that makes me hesitant to place orders to be shipped in the warmer weather.

Most raw food companies will state on shipping information that food might be slightly thawed but still very cold. This is not a health issue for pets as you mentioned in your review.
