USDA Inspected Beef hearts 30 lb bulk case
The heart is a very concentrated source of the supernutrient, CoQ10. Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is necessary for the basic functioning of cells, as well as optimizing the heart’s rhythm. CoQ10 levels are reported to decrease with age and to be lower in some patients with some chronic diseases such as heart conditions, cancer, diabetes, and immune disorders.
Beef heart also contains selenium, phosphorus and zinc, along with essential amino acids that help build muscle, store energy and boost stamina and endurance. The heart also contains twice as much collagen and elastin than regular meat, which is important for healthy joints.

Beef Heart

I actually haven’t got to it yet but everything I have purchased I’ve been happy with
I bought these to give more taurine to my dog with DCM. I think that they have too much fat.
Hi Lisa
You might like better for your DCM dog duck hearts which are the highest in the Taurine category, raw hearts like turkey, bison or beef over the air dried. Find some of those here:
https://shoprawdogfood.rawdogfoodandco.com/collections/organs
When feeding a pure raw diet (no processed foods or treats or toppers) with organ and even dark meat in poultry the taurine levels will be more than adequate.
Raw fat is also a great source of Vitamin D (and does not cause pancreatitis) so we do keep a certain level of fat in the product for this amazing benefit.
Thank you again for being a raw-some pet parent. We hope this information and options are helpful!
It's a bit difficult to process the frozen block of beef hearts, but a hammer and small crow bar solved that pretty quick. We dice up the hearts and use them as treats for training and mix them up with there food.
