On the large 30 pound cases it can be challenging since they are all frozen together.
Here are some options:
Let slightly thaw then keep in the box and drop on the ground several times until they are easier to pull apart.
Section out and put back in freezer.
Sharp kitchen shears should be able to cut those apart if need be. Or you can use a mallet to smash those down for the kitties.

The price is so much better than beef right now. Unfortunately, only one of three dogs can eat it.
Chicken necks were not in sealed packaging, covered in freezer burn, not to the quality of other raw food items sold. Great customer service, processed return and we purchased chicken backs instead.
