Provides the foundational ingredients of a raw diet – muscle meat, bone, and organs as well as whole fruits and vegetables. Including small amounts of fruits and vegetables in your pet's evolutionary diet helps balance the gut microbiome and provides a source of fiber.
This recipe was formulated to provide a natural source of amino acids, calcium, phosphorus, vitamins, and minerals. Chicken is one of the best sources of all the essential B vitamins and selenium.
If your pup has a history of chicken sensitivities, start out with some of our other proteins and after a few months try to incorporate chicken back into the rotation. We find many pups who were unable to eat chicken flavored kibble, do just fine with actual chicken meat that is clean and contains no additives.
Sourcing:
Our protein is sourced only from USDA-inspected and approved-for-human-consumption suppliers. Never ever sourced from feed lots.
Chicken is antibiotic, steroid, and hormone-free.
Fruits and vegetables are grown domestically.
Many producers/suppliers are getting away from some of the terminology like "pasture raised", "free range", or even "organic" because those words can easily be manipulated and the consumer believes they are getting something that they are not. Instead we focus on mindful sourcing and hand selecting suppliers who provide products we can trust and believe in.
Ground Chicken, Chicken Bone, Chicken Heart, Chicken Liver, Chicken Gizzards, Yellow Squash, Kale, Cauliflower, Celery, Carrots, Broccoli, Apples, Green Beans, Cranberries, and Blueberries.
