So proud to feed him the food we get from you! Appreciate you all so much!!
Love to see Rick all grown up and healthy! Thank you Brea and Terry!
She absolutely loves the necks
My dog loves them.
Walter ate this but it may have been to rich. He got diahreah and then didn't eat for at least 24 hours after which is VERY UNUSUAL for him.
He loves other food and treats but this one did NOT AGREE with him.
Hello Karen!
Thank you for your review!
The Duck Necks do have a lot of protein on them and typically less bone than a pup might need to firm up those stools.
Here are a couple of suggestions if Walter decides to try the Duck Necks again!
Only give one duck neck as part of the meal and check the poops before increasing.
If incorporating a duck neck as part of a meal - give a blend with at least 10% -12% bone and check the poop consistency to make sure not too hard.
No processed foods or treats are incorporated in the diet. Processed treats (more than 1 ingredient many times are the little culprits that cause big problems in the poop area!
Why is this an issue? Processed foods raise the PH in the gut (low is key) and prevent food from being digested properly.
Thank you again for your review and your sweet pics of Walter.
I love my dogs so much, and I feel the best thing I can do for them is feed them well. They love their dinner time because they get such good raw food. These duck necks are the best. They clean their teeth, give them some chewing activity, and are 'delicious!'
