Necks are produced from Koch All Natural Turkey.

Koch turkeys are free-range with access to outdoor areas that provide natural sunlight and fresh air. The turkeys meet the very strict Certified Humane® guidelines and Farm Animal Welfare Standards for turkeys.

The turkeys are fed an All-Natural Vegetarian Diet and grown slowly, the way nature intended, without growth-promoting hormones, stimulants, or antibiotics.
