Our raw pork neck bones come from humanely-raised,antibiotic-free pigs that are not confined to feedlot-style production, giving your dog a high-quality, responsibly sourced raw meaty bone that is as satisfying as it it nutritious.
Unlike more dense recreational bones that are primarily intended for chewing, pork neck bones are considered a raw meaty bone, meaning most dogs will consume a significant portion of the bone, cartilage, connective tissue and meat.
Each neck bone contains multiple vertebrae surrounded by generous amounts of muscle and cartilage, making them an excellent way to encourage natural chewing while adding variety to your dog's diet.
Because every dog chews differently, the amount of bone consumed will vary. Some dogs may finish nearly the entire neck, while others may leave behind larger pieces. As will all bones, supervise during feeding and choose an appropriately sized bone for your dog's experience and chewing style.
Why You and Your Dog Will Love Pork Neck Bones
:
Pork neck bones are a consumable raw meaty bone. While most dogs will eat a substantial portion of the bone, every dog chews differently. For this reason, we recommend viewing pork neck bones as a way to provide chewing enrichment and dietary variety rather than as a precisely measured source of bone in the diet.
Packaging:
Each bag contains 4 pork neck bones, each approximately 3" in length
Caution and suggestions when feeding Raw Meaty Bones:
Never leave a dog unattended with a bone.
Never feed cooked bones.
Always separate from other dogs in the household to prevent possible fights. Raw meaty bones have a very high resource value and can cause the best of friends to get into a scuffle.
Always feed bones appropriate to the dog’s age, size, breed and experience.
If storing in between chewing sessions, rinse the bone under cold water and store in a plastic bag or container in the fridge.
