Slab-cut neck bones are packaged in a single vacuum package. Each bone is approximately 17" long x 5" wide.

We let our German Shepherds chew on the slab for a couple of hours and then collect and put it back in the refrigerator for the next day or two.

Asta Taste Testing the Bison Neck Bones

Bison Neck Bones are a treat for your dog! Bison Neck Bones are very meaty providing excellent natural floss as your dog rips the meat from the bones promoting gum and dental health. The bone is jam-packed with valuable nutrients such as phosphorous and calcium.

The Bison Neck Bones are cut in slab form providing a more natural prey model form of eating bones.

The Bison Neck Bones are sourced from our partnership with a local small herd Bison rancher who follows sustainable livestock production practices and high standards of animal welfare. "Never Ever" Antibiotics or Hormones.

Freshly harvested. Never high heat pasteurized or processed by HPP (high-pressure pasteurization).

Feeding bones can be dangerous to your pet's health. A few suggestions when feeding Raw Meaty Bones:

  • Never leave a dog unattended with a bone
  • Never feed cooked bones
  • Always separate from other dogs in the household to prevent possible fights. Raw meaty bones have a very high resource value and can cause the best of friends to get into a scuffle.
  • Always feed bones appropriate to the dog’s age, size, breed and experience
  • If storing in between chewing sessions, rinse the bone under cold water and store in a plastic bag or container in the fridge

    Hi Ina
You are correct. Bison is the hardest of the bones when comparing to Beef, and poultry. The Bison neck is meant for the pups to rip shred and tear so they clean the front canines and front side teeth.
The only bones pet parents will be able to cut up are the poultry bones. Thank you for your review!

    Way too big!

So this thing is HUGE! It's all one piece! We ruined an expensive cleaver trying to cut it! Just a heads up. My husband was finally able to chop it up with his hacksaw.

    Hi Ginger
Bison is the hardest of all the bones. Not able be cut. This is a bone for ripping shredding and tearing to clean the front of the teeth. The great thing about these bones is you can pick up and put back in the fridge for a pup to eat the next day. We do not recommend trying to share this bone due to the hardness.
    Thank you for your review!

Great, but wish I knew they were not already cut

Buyers should know this ahead of time as it took some time to literally cut through bone. But obviously the dogs were in heaven.
