Gave one to my dog about 15-20 mins after eating his dinner. He barely got through less than half before I took it away. About 10 mins later, he threw up all of his dinner and this treat. Not sure if I fed it to him too soon after eating and it having a lot of fat on the treat or if his stomach just didn’t agree with the treat. Will try again and see what happens… this time long in between meals.
Hi, thanks for the review. Trachea does contain a lot of cartilage and connective tissue and perhaps your pup was just a little sensitive to it all. The large, whole trachea are pretty big and some pet parents will feed them over multiple sessions. You might consider our trachea strips, which are about half the size and perfect as a single treat for most medium to large dogs.
