Title: 5 lb Case

Whole Turkey Turkey Necks

Turkey necks are a rich, natural source of protein while edible bone and cartilage are rich in calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, chondroitin, and glucosamine which supports joint health and improved mobility. On average, turkey necks are comprised of 45% edible bone and 55% meat and include approximately 1.84 grams of calcium per 100 grams of neck. Can be fed as raw meaty bone component of a DIY diet or for a chewing treat for additional bone.  Recommended for dogs only. Best suited for larger dogs.  Approximately 5 necks per bag.

Sourcing:

Our protein is sourced only from USDA-inspected and approved-for-human-consumption suppliers.  Never ever sourced from feed lots.

Turkey is fed an all-vegetarian diet, antibiotic, and hormone-free. Our turkey supplier is Certified Humane and GAP (Global Animal Partnership) approved, providing twice the amount of space in their turkey barns than is required.

Necks are produced from Koch All Natural Turkey. Koch turkeys are free-range with access to outdoor areas that provide natural sunlight and fresh air.

Many producers/suppliers are getting away from some of the terminology like "pasture raised", "free range", or even "organic" because those words can easily be manipulated and the consumer believes they are getting something that they are not.  Instead we focus on mindful sourcing and hand selecting suppliers who provide products we can trust and believe in.

    teeth flosser for breakfast

Our 35lb Ratty-Vizsla mix knows precisely how to enjoy these huge turkey necks (he used to be a street dog). He grooms it before carrying it off to a place of devouring choice. Using his back molars, he'll compress through the neck numerous times...crunching the bones while they're padded with meat. Then with his foot on it, he proceeds to pull on the meat with this front teeth...essentially flossing. He enjoys half of a neck for breakfast with a side of organ blend and tripe, then repeats 8hrs later for a duplicate dinner.

    heavy duty

These are the 3rd time trying turkey necks, but the first from this company.

They are a clear winner due to the size and meatiness.

    5lb bag = 5 huge necks

Tip: instead of thawing the whole package, unwrap plastic then run hot water along the neck edges; use your might to pull apart from each other, then package individually for freezing.
