OUR STORY
We're a Family That Feeds Dogs Real Raw Food
Raw Dog Food and Company. is a family-owned, Colorado-based company that ships raw dog food nationwide and delivers locally across the Front Range. We're direct-to-consumer, which means you pay less and get more. We know our customers. We know their dogs. We have lots of hands on experience after 26 years of feeding only raw.
Who We Are
We started Raw Dog Food and Company in 2015 after years of watching what real food does to elevate the health of dogs and cats. What began with three family dogs and two cats is now a team of nutritionists, vets, and operations people who help thousands of families feed their dogs better, every week.
We're based in Colorado. We ship to all 48 contiguous states and Hawaii. We do local delivery on the Front Range and offer warehouse pickup in the Denver area. Same-day orders. No middlemen. No brick-and-mortar markup.

What We Believe
-
Food is the foundation.
Every dog we support—and every blend we recommend—begins with a simple principle: what your dog eats each day is the most powerful influence on both their lifespan and quality of life. Nutrition isn't the whole story, but when it's dialed in, everything else works better.
-
Real food beats processed food.
Every time.Your dog is built to thrive on meat, organs, and whole, raw ingredients—not ultra-processed pellets cooked at high heat and coated for taste. We take a clear stand against processed, shelf-stable food. It can never be equivalent to fresh, whole nutrition—and we won't pretend otherwise. We feed like our pets like their lives depend on it, because it does.
-
We Will Help You Every Step of the Way.
Raw feeding gets complicated fast if you let it. We've spent decades making it simple: curated blends, clear portions, real people on the phone, and a free 20-minute consult whenever you want one.
-
Family-owned means family-run.
You're not buying from a brand. You're buying from Rick, DeDe, Becca, Brian, and the rest of the raw squad team. We know our customers' names. We know your dogs' names. When something goes wrong, you talk to one of us, not a ticket queue.

“After my vet couldn't figure out why my dog kept vomiting, DeDe helped me switch her to a meat-based blend without vegetables. That fixed it. I can't give enough stars to this company.”

“We've researched and tried several other raw brands. Compared to the rest, Raw Dog Food and Co.'s quality is much better, with cleaner animal sourcing. The cost is also lower.”
