Here's the actual flow of your consult.
You tell us about your dog.
Age, weight, breed, current food, any health issues or sensitivities, what's working, what's not. Takes a couple of minutes.
We recommend specific blends.
Based on what you told us, we'll suggest proteins and blends, portion size, transition pace, and supplements if relevant.
You ask anything.
Transition questions, picky eater strategies, multi-dog feeding, bones and chews, travel feeding, whatever's on your mind.
You leave with a plan.
You get a clear recommendation in your inbox. No pressure to buy. You can think about it, ask follow-up questions, or place an order when ready.

Who You'll Talk To
Our consults are led by Brian, our certified pet nutritionist. Brian has four rescue dogs of his own, has spent years helping families transition to raw, and will most likely be the voice on the other end of your call.

Common Questions
Is it really free?
Yes. No credit card, no upsell pressure. We've been doing free consults for years because raw feeding is easier to explain on the phone than it is to Google your way through.
What if I'm not in Colorado?
Most of our consults happen by phone or email, regardless of where you live. If you're outside our local delivery zone, we ship nationally via UPS.
Do I have to buy anything?
No. A lot of people book a consult to decide whether raw is right for them. That's fine with us. You leave with a plan you can act on whenever you're ready.
What should I have ready?
Your dog's current food (brand and product), approximate weight and age, any known allergies or health conditions, and your main questions or concerns. Everything else we can work through on the call.
